FCB Series FCB25 Three Row One Way Needle Roller Clutch

FCB, RCB: The supporting bearing installs in the roller pin coupling's both sides and withstands the radial load, those who take the supporting bearing is the roller pin and the plastic retainer module.The shell is generally made of St14 low carbon steel (stainless steel can be used in special occasions); the cage is generally made of reinforced nylon; the needle roller is made of bearing steel GCr15.
①Dimension inspection:
(1)Press the bearing into ring gauge (wall thickness≥20mm)
(2)Use go gauge and stop gauge to inspect the internal diameter of the bearing
②Installation:
After the bearing is installed into the seat hole, no additional axial positioning is required. The tolerance of the seat hole is the same as that of the drawn cup needle roller bearing, and the surface roughness of the seat hole should be less than Ra0.8. The internal diameter of clutches is the same as that of drawn cup needle roller bearings and the hardness of the shaft should be HRC63-HRC65
③Working temperature:
Drawn cup needle roller clutches with steel spring can operate in the range of -30 to 120 degrees. Drawn cup needle roller clutches with plastic spring can operate in the range of -10 to 70 degrees.
